Very nice place, Stephanie is the therapist I've been working with, she is very nice and helpful and walks you through the exercises. Shasha runs the place and seems to be very knowledgeable about all patients. The receptionist greets you with a warm hello. I've been to over a half dozen places in the past and none of them come close to Professional Physical Therapy. They care!
I remember the day i came from work,I called Shasha 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel cause I was feeling pain,tired and I was thinking about going to the hospital!! She said to me :< you can cancel if you want but remember we treat pain. It might be the best day to come > !! Guys,she was right!! After the therapy's session I was feeling so much better!!! I have been a patient for two weeks now. Excellent, knowledgeable providers. Everyone is courteous, friendly and respectful. The gym is immaculately clean. Everything is explained to you. You are not doing activities without justification and providers are continually assessing for pain. Best decision I made choosing Professional PT.
I have used different PT practices over the years, and this one is by far the best. Sasha Cyrleson has been in business for many years, and is so knowledgeable and patient friendly. And her staff is top notched, including Charlotte at the front desk. They also provide excellent, online access to your workouts so you can continue to do exercises, as needed. The private, workout facility is as clean as it comes, and is not tied to a gym where hygiene can be compromised. I can't recommend this practice enough!! Don't bother with larger, PT chains...this is the real deal...
