I would like to thank Attorney Richard L. Oller and his staff for handling a very complex Land Use issue for a lakefront property for three (3) years. Attorney Oller and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. Mr. Oller even took the time to explain and coordinate with a State agency, a surveyor, an engineer, an architect, a city planner, an association, and the local municipality. Attorney Oller responded to every email, every call, until we got our answers. The closing went smoothly and on point with all the moving parts. Mr. Oller even picked up the final deeds from the municipality himself to overnight them because we were pressed for time. The billing is beyond reasonable in comparison with other firms.
