I had a ridiculous trip and fall on a sidewalk of a public property. I didn't even know this was a thing that can hold the property owner responsible, until a friend told me. I then called this law firm and they immediately put me on the phone with the top guy, Brandon. He explained everything to me and sent me paperwork to sign immediately, and conveniently via email (Docusign). Since then I've been going thru the motions of doctor visits and such. An MRI found my knee is worse than I thought... Celia, the case mgr for Vic, the next main guy under Brandon, both always stay in touch and make sure I'm staying on top of my doctor appts and PT. Vic even just took the time out of his ultra busy schedule yesterday to have an "update" call with me for about 20 mins to see how things are going. After this case wraps up I'll post a follow-up review, but as of now, I couldn't recommend this law firm enough to anyone, especially first-timers involved in this type of situation that don't really know what they're doing. My legal representation by the Brandon J. Broderick firm has been a pleasure thus far! I was involved in my first ever car accident this past summer and the firm wasted no time to consult with me and ensure that I had proper representation in my no fault case. I then reached out to this attorney office and they took the case on. After many medical procedures, Ms. Daneen Williams who assisted me throughout the whole process was great. She was very kind and not one of those people that rushes you with everything.
