Literally the worst at coordinating anything because their are a few secretaries and none leaves any notes for the next person and said secretary will not get back to for anything. You literally have to constantly be on top of things calling and popping up to office. Finally my case was settled a yr ago and i didnt get my check til a yr later. Due to them settling the case but never demanding the settlement check from said company. So they had my case settled but never realized they never recieved the check.
