Mine was a post judgement matter but Matt was successful in getting the court to grant us discovery, 2 years after my divorce was finalized, and as a result I was awarded the funds that my ex had hidden from me. Matt is an astute listener and gives very sound and realistic advice. Despite his expertise in his field and his success rate, Matt never comes across as arrogant, and refrains from any personal attacks as his methodology. (A stark contrast from my ex and his lawyer!) His dignified way of handling my case, and the compassion and empathy that he displayed towards me made an otherwise long, drawn-out case seem very manageable. He and his office are also very responsive and are always on top things. Matt was indeed a godsend for me.
