I called this law office looking for an attorney, but the person who answered the phone told me--very bluntly--that she only picked up because she thought I was someone else. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made it clear I was an inconvenience. If this is how they treat someone in the first 60 seconds, I can only imagine how they treat actual clients. Needless to say, I won't be putting them on retainer.
Very unprofessional. Always late with correspondence and arbitrations. Deserves zero stars. Unorganized with everything. This should be your last resort.
