I have a major back injury from slipping and falling incredibly hard at the Tropicana Casino in AC. I have medical information from a spine specialist with X-Rays, CT scan, and MRI. I'm in physical therapy from the injury. I was told initially my case was being taken. I was asked to drive back down an hour to Tropicana to walk them through what happened while injured. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I had to reach back out all to find out that they won't take my case. The fall was directly under a dome camera.
