She listened, offered solid advice, and most of all, her costs were very reasonable. We felt like she was trustworthy and felt like she would take care of us. We were right. She was thorough with our case and helped us navigate the system (not only are we out of state but we have never had to hire an attorney). She didn't belittle us and treated us with such professionalism. I'm sure our case was relatively small compared to the cases that she deals with but (to us) it felt like a huge issue.
