Was happy with the firm, or I should say my lawyer that worked for the firm Harris Gould. He has since moved on from the firm. Upon learning that, I immediately looked elsewhere for a lawyer to handle my workers comp case that was led by Peter Davis for almost a year and a half. Mr. Gould was an excellent attorney with them. He had amazing communication with me through the course of my case. I have withdrawn from the firm and went with Mr Gould at his new firm anyone that has him as an attorney for a comp case I recommend you doing the same. The rest of Peter Davis staff and lawyers do not care to return calls or keep you in the loop. Dealing with them with a previous case was a nightmare trying to get anyone on the phone or even get a call back.

had high hopes for this firm after reading all the good reviews but they Let me down tremendously. At first the communication was great and I was affirmed that they can take my case, but after about 2 months it became a nightmare to get a call back and It just kept getting worse and worse. I would only receive a call when they needed a document from me or needed me to sign something. After about 8 months I finally finished my physical therapy and was told that they would try to settle with insurances outside of court and if that didn't work they would go to trial ( standard procedure). After the insurances didn't agree to settle I then needed to wait for court date. However i never received an update for about 4 months of calling and emailing. When I would call they would say to email which I never got a response from. On top of that , I could only set an appointment to come in to talk to the lawyer if it was set by the case manager which was the person that wouldn't answer me . So it was basically a never ending cycle. I finally after pressing them on the phone was able to speak to the office manager who was able to set an appt the lawyer the next which is funny because I we trying to contact them for weeks. Then when I spoke to the lawyer he said that they no longer felt comfortable taking my case after a year of dragging me along and basically lied to me to whole time. If I knew they were going to lie to me and drop me, I would've never had them represent me before the year of playing games

Lets start: Worse of the worse poor communication, staff very very very unprofessional, every time i call i have to reexplain my case, they dont like to admit they are wrong and hang up the phone on you., waste of time. I imagine good reviews are from the same staff or family members. Made a huge mistake in dealing with a law office , do your research before. Communication (-0) Disrespectful staff (-0)

Love the team, will always recommend them to anyone in need. My favorite people.
