I Just wanted to express how grateful I am to this law firm but especially to my lawyer who represented me on my case Mr. Gregory Jachts he was very professional and up front with me about what to expect about my case. Not only that he personally contacted and updated me about my case and went over the game plan of the trial with me I would hands down personally recommend any one with legal troubles or in search of legal counsel to this firm and Mr.Jachts he is one of the best lawyers in Paterson New Jersey.

Unfortunately, I've had to see a lawyer or two. But, fortunately I was recommended to Simon, Sarver, Swetz & Jachts. Atty. Jachts represented me, upon our first meeting I was automatically put at ease. He not only represented me twice, but has also represented people I've recommended. Each time being far more than pleased. The office is a very calm atmosphere and the secretary is very personable and efficient. When she takes your information or message and says she will get back to you, she will be getting back to you. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Words can not describe how helpful Gregory is. I had searched for many attorneys and all of most hung up on me and wouldn't even answer my questions due to the type of case I had. Gregory on the other hand actually took the time to explain to me everything and why some law firms were not accepting my case. I myself am not an attorney, and I know nothing about it but I can appreciate the fact that Gregory took a few minutes out of his time to give me some advice to be successful in the current situation. This is the type of attorney that you want. Most attorneys that I tried contacting acted like a few minutes of their time because. Gregory was very polite, professional, and responsive to my concerns.

Entering the office there was no one at the receptionist desk, despite the sign saying to knock on the window if no one is at the desk, no one answered or came to address us for the first three knocks. By the fourth knock a man asked who we were and my mother gave her name, and we were asked to stay seated in the waiting room. A few minutes roll on by and a lady -who is completely delightful- comes into the room and takes us into an empty office as we waited for Simon Sarver. The man himself is horrid to deal with. He has an attitude like no other. He doesn't seem to answer questions regarding how to go about the case. Earlier my mother, sister, and I had gone to Corradino and Papa and had a much more pleasant experience. So comparing it to this experience, was a huge let down. The man couldn't give me a straight answer on most stuff, when I asked a question dealing with their physical therapist he responded very rudely with he's not a doctor, abet he isn't a doctor but he's certainly dealt with cases relating to where a patient needed to see a doctor. Meanwhile, at Corradino and Papa's the man whom we dealt with addressed the questions I had and kept a professional tone throughout our whole consultation. There were also multiple times where my mother and I were both told not to mention going to any other law office because it might upset Sarver. Honestly this place deserves a 0 star review, nothing about the experience was pleasant except the receptionist.
