How can I even start- Pat, wow, just THE BEST! I would give a million stars if I could. Pat and his staff are extraordinary professionals that love what they do. We had a very long exhausting process with a terrible seller, but Pat made all so much easier and smooth when I almost lost hope on the beautiful house we got to buy.
