I am Toribio and I have been denied the disability benefits many times but thanks to Harry Katz work I have achieved it. Harry has very good work ethic . He performed his job very well and profesional .I am very happy for everything he has done.

Mr Katz, or Harry as he is allowed me to call him, is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Due to my medical condition I went from a very high functioning person to someone who has difficulty with AD l's. Harry went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure that I felt secure when he saw me getting overwhelmed he would joke around and make me feel better he has a great sense of humor and often I would tease him that he should be a stand up comedian but then we would all mris his legal abilities and knowledge sorely. He has not abandon me since the trial has been over but has checked on me and made sure I was OK. I can go on and on about Harry but suffice to say he was the best choice I could ever have made. My name is Tammy Gebbia. After I was denied for widows, disability, and Social Security, I found Mr. Katz. I spoke with him on the phone first then he told me what I need to do papers. I was on the verge of homelessness, in the hospital all summer last year, and not a penny left my name, and not sure where I was going. If I could give zero stars I would. This man is an extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and disrespectful individual who shouldn't be representing anyone in the legal space. He was referred to my mentally and physically ill mother by her doctor as she's struggled and fought for SSI for many years. Upon meeting this man in his office, my mother informed me of how he questioned her about the integrity of her case, berated and belittled her, and spoke in an immensely disrespectful manner in general to the point where my mother teared up. An attorney, who's allegedly there to help victims of unjust circumstances, instead contributing to the very thing they're supposed to fight against. When she informed her doctor that this man refused helping her, and just how rudely he behaved, my mother's doctor profusely apologized and said she'd been surprised, but that my mother was now the third patient to speak of a similar and regretful encounter with this man. I don't know why my mother's doctor referred her to this man if she'd already known about previous behavior with he and other patients, but the doctor explained that it seems he's perhaps not in a right state of mind. Whatever the reason may be, there is no excuse for someone in his position to treat the mentally and physically impaired the way he did to my mother. Furthermore, when another attorney had taken over my mother's case from legal aid, it appeared that Katz had already given the judge false information regarding my mother's case and caused detrimental impacts which ultimately resulted in the denial of her SSI and denial of appeal. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Passaic County Bar Association against Katz and HIGHLY advise anyone to steer clear of him and his office. Take that advice, and do yourself a favor by seeking another attorney.
