I am immensely grateful for Rebekah Heilman and the offices of Petrelli Previtera for representing me in my case. From the onset, the client onboarding process was warm, efficient, and instructive and gave me confidence that my case will be handled well. Rebekah is the utmost professional, while at the same time, providing a personal touch. She not only gave sound legal advice, but drew upon her deep professional experience to contextualize her insights. And even though this was an emotional period in my life, she was a constant source of support and empathy, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Rebekah and the offices of Petrelli Previtera.

If you are a father seeking your rights, who has always been there for your kids and feels as if you are getting the short end of the stick for simply having a stick, or if you feel as if lawyers are brushing you off because your case is going to be a fight, and they don't want one. Or even if you think that previous lawyers have merely collected your payments and gone through the motions with little motivation to put in the extra effort required to win your case, call Petrelli and ask for Rebekah Heilman. I wish I had come across a review like this when I began my search. Hence, I feel it is my duty to leave this review for the next loving father who is being treated as "lesser than" when all you want is a fair day in court with a lawyer who will work to not only understand the circumstances, but is also smart enough to navigate you to victory.

I hired this firm expecting professionalism and basic communication, but my experience has been unbelievably frustrating from start to finish. Weeks went by without any updates despite me giving very clear instructions and following up multiple times. When I finally expressed my frustration, I was told they "understand I'm anxious." I'm not anxious -- I expect the people I'm paying hundreds of dollars an hour to actually do their job. I've since terminated my relationship with them and requested a full accounting of hours billed and the return of my retainer. The lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has been unacceptable, and I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

I have known Lisa for many years and she is wonderful! She is kind, reliable, and always willing to help in whatever way she can. Her work ethic and dedication is unmatched!

The epitome of the term "sleazy lawyers." They charge high monthly fees and are extremely slow to start/progress. I spent a total of $3200 to merely file a petition, and then subsequently withdraw said petition because I was disappointed with the slow progression/lack of urgency in my case (it took months to even file, I was never offered to expedite the petition even though it was a sensitive matter, lack of professionalism overall). Would not recommend.
