I had a great experience working with Richard Klauber as my divorce attorney. Rick was responsive and helpful right from the first call to their law office. His knowledge and experience helped navigate me through the legal process in a way that was far less difficult than I imagined it would be. And in getting to know him, I saw that he's a really good guy who is genuinely trying to help his clients - not just in the case itself, but in their lives as well. If you are looking for a top notch professional who is easy to work with in the field of law, I would highly recommend that you use this firm.

I have used other attorneys in the past but none have been as helpful. I got a ticket and went to these guys for help and I will never go to another firm. Mr. Weisberg was very knowledgeable and was always on top of my case. He always made me feel like I came first and always listened to my request. His staff was also incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and were always available to answer my questions. The staff would also send me copies of the letters and paperwork they sent out, which were always well worded and accurate. At the end of my case I got the outcome I wanted and couldn't be happier.

I had the privilege of being represented by Attorney Richard Klauber during my divorce, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care, attention, and legal expertise I received. From the beginning, he guided me through each step with patience and clarity, always ensuring that I understood my options and rights.
What stood out the most was his ability to handle both the legal and emotional aspects of divorce with professionalism and empathy. I truly felt supported and well-represented throughout the entire process. Thanks to Attorney Richard Klauber, I reached a fair outcome and now feel ready to move forward with confidence.
I also want to express my gratitude to his staff for their significant contributions and professionalism in assisting me through my divorce. I highly recommend Attorney Richard Klauber and his law firm to anyone facing a legal matter; they go above and beyond.
Thank you again,

I found W&K through my employer's insurance, Metlife program, they were the first to reach back out to me when I had requested assistance for a traffic ticket. Since I already have the insurance, I said to myself, "sure why not?" and decided to go with them even though reading some of their reviews were less than stellar, nonetheless, I chose to go with them, and Weisberg became my attorney for the traffic offense.
I thought the consultation was fine, it wasn't anything that I already didn't know, but the first red flags were when I received the cover letters and the stuff to sign, the address to the municipality was just wrong which I had to reach out to their office about. Their staff just brushed it off, but okay, mistakes happen. Two weeks later, and I received the police incident report, as well as a DVD. Now, I don't own a DVD player, I had to go out of my way to find one to watch this.
To my point, mistakes happen, but twice? The person in the DVD is not me, now, listen, this is just a traffic offense -- thinking back, I could probably just went to the prosecutor and didn't have to go through these guys but since I was already in the insurance, sure, why not. The DVD was useless, and I called to schedule another meeting with Adam Weisberg. He non-chalantly told me it was not a big deal, and that I was the guy in the video; no, I am not, I am also of a different race. He didn't pay attention to the time in the video too, this was way before my traffic ticket, which I had provided.
Weisberg then told me to take different angles of my car, which I did. I only did this because he said that he can use it for the judge. Come the day of court, the judge never saw it, and he called me that day, informing me that he spoke with the prosecutor, etc, etc. Yes, it's a two-point ticket, and yes, I wanted to fight the system, but I also don't want to go through the luxury of time to go through this. It's already silly how much he was charging my insurance.
There were two options basically, plead guilty, pay it off as a lesser fine and not points OR continue, and get the right evidence, etc. I was hoping that the evidence was already there in the DVD, alas, to this date I have not seen the video where the cop accused me of running a red light.
I know I didn't, but that's that. Overall, lack of attention to detail, their staff seem to not know what processes to follow, and Weisberg made me do extra work that never came through fruition. I'll pay more close attention to reviews moving forward.
