I'd have to agree with the guy who said sloppy, Rescinio is the absolute worst. neglected the needs of my elderly mother. Good thing we didn't have to appear in court! We needed a POA and help with setting up a trust. He was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. when we pointed out the signed documents were wrong he just switched pages out for a quick fix. We had to get the help of a different attorney to straighten out his mess!! Thanks but no thanks.

Horrible Guardian of my mother. Abusive and mishandling assets. No communication when he dropped services as guardian without any notice. She was left with no health insurance no money to live on from her assets and cash. During this time, my mother fell down and was hospitalized And was not able to leave the hospital due to the guardian Not being willing to allow her to leave the hospital or access for funds during this whole time, which is now one year.
