After a few house closings, this was by far the best experience we had with a lawyer. Carlton was very involved in every aspect from the initial review to post closing. He always had our best interest in mind. While we may not have always followed his advice, he was always there to help us navigate, what at times, was a very stressful and frustrating process. In previous housing transactions, I found our lawyer only directly involved right before closing. With Carlton, he was in constant contact with us throughout the process, including evenings and weekends. Although we hope not to be needing a real estate attorney any time soon, it is good to know that Carlton is there, and I would not hesitate at all to use him again.
