Excellent, experienced lawyer and great guy. He specializes in real estate and landlord/tenant law. NJ is one of the worst states to be a landlord and I learned this the hard way. I am a very small property owner and not one of these corporate conglomerates with hundreds of tenants. I had a troublesome tenant that would not leave after non renewal of the lease, despite having giving this tenant many months of advanced notice of non renewal before the end of the lease. Then this individual began to illegally squat with out paying any rent and continually destroying my property at the same time through neglect. I was stressed and had to go through the legal eviction process in NJ. This was my first time going through this stressful, awful time and Mike was there to guide me throughout the entire process to get this illegal tenant out. Although NJ law makes it difficult and time consuming for the landlord, despite the tenant being the problem, Mike was able to get this illegal tenant out. As we were going through this entire legal process, he advised me on what to do and especially what NOT to do. Also, Mike kept me as calm as possible despite my stress and anxiety levels. It went all the way to court and Mike was able to negotiate with all parties a great solution that luckily worked out in my favor and got this person out. Mike's experience is invaluable and his fees are very fair. If you need an experienced law professional on your side, he is the one that you must hire.
