I went through the process of buying a condo and getting a mortgage a few years ago, and I'd forgotten exactly how stressful the process can be. He also has the most calm, soothing way of speaking, which was really helpful and appreciated when I was about to freak a few times! With his help navigating the deal, we finally closed--that might not have happened without Chirag's efficiently taking care of business at every tricky turn. If I'm ever crazy enough to try to buy another place in the crazy Hoboken market, he'll be the attorney I call.
