My family and I came to Mr.Fernando to help us get my husband back from ICE. Right away him and his team were on point guiding us on what paperwork to get and what to do while handing some paperwork for us. They were the best. Dealt with our emotional rollercoaster and was at a fair price. Worked with us on a payment plan too. Thank god we went to them!!! They brought him home. If I could give this man 0 stars, I would!!! I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and incompetence. First and foremost, communication with this lawyer is virtually nonexistent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, he was consistently unavailable, never returning calls or responding to messages. Fernando was handling two cases for my sisters, both of which ended in absolute disaster. In one instance, he withdrew from representing my sister just a week before the trial, citing her supposed "lack of communication" as the reason. This abrupt withdrawal left us scrambling for alternative representation and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. As if that weren't bad enough, his representation of my other sister was equally abysmal. Not only did he fail to provide her with all the possible legal options available, but he also grossly misrepresented her case (he was extremely nervous in court, couldn't form proper questions to which the judge had to help him, didn't know how to do a rebuttal, etc!), leading to a devastating loss in court. The outcome was not only disheartening but also financially crippling, as we entrusted him with our hard-earned money in exchange for what turned out to be a complete betrayal of trust. IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A LAWYER. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
