the agreement was 1/3 of the settlement would go to the lawyer. It meant 5,000$....Mr. Lee Jerushalmy deducted money from my settlement to pay the chiropractor? . The chiropractor was already payed by the Insurance company and my personal insurance as well. In addition, I had spoken with Mr. DeLuca each time I received treatment . There was nothing owed at that time so the deduction by the lawyer was a shocker. In using this lawyer services, keep track of everything and each visit to the doctor to avoid surprises. Keep an itemized list of each charge.
