My advice is to do your research before hiring a lawyer, especially if you are facing serious charges! From the beginning, Taylor DiBennedeto never once showed up for the court dates ( on zoom ). It was someone new every time; that person would then be prepped on the case literally 5 minutes before going in front of the judge. He never once met with his own client! I was highly disappointed. He was also not aware of simple house arrest procedures, such as.. he did not know that his client was entitled to go back to his own house ( if released ) as long as he previously lived there or owned the home. He never viewed or collected any evidence in the case, he also did not and would not file any motions unless we paid him thousands more. At this point, he had done absolutely nothing so we had no intention of putting up even more money. He was a no show for the last court date, the judge was not happy and spoke of fining the law firm. Fortunately for everyone, he was excused from the case and my partner was given a public defender. In less than three weeks , the public defender has already met with his client two or 3 times and is doing everything we expected from a paid lawyer.

TERRIBLE TICKET or TICKETS THAT COULD QUITE POSSIBLY DESTROY YOUR LICENSE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE? This Law Firm represented me on a ticket that would have made my insurance go through the roof as well as given me minimum four points on my license. Even though I will scream, it was the other car's fault and it definitely was. It just didn't look that way when the police showed up so I got lit up. Worst ticket in my life. My insurance company got wind of the ticket and immediately dropped me. And I have an absolutely spotless driving record. These lawyers went to bat for me at court, and they must've had a magic wand. My Terrible ticket loaded with points got dropped down to a much lesser charge with no points and only court costs. I could not believe my ears when I was on the Zoom court and I heard the judge tell me what I was getting and what the new charge was. It took everything in me not to scream hallelujah. Praise God! lol they really saved my butt and I know without a doubt if you have trouble like this, they will save your butt too. I use them for when my brother got a reckless driving ticket and that was dropped down to something way less with no points and only court cost. It's almost cheaper to pay them to represent you than for you to have to pay the ticket and go to court and still in the end. Get a fine Along with points against your license. these two are everything people hate about lawyers, They tell you everything you wanna hear Right before they rip you off, with their extraordinary pricing approach. Even on simple cases Once paid, It becomes a different situation entirely, Oh, that's not the way it works, We may need to bring on a specialist, etc. And then it becomes twice as expensive as before, When you've already invested a few thousand They basically know how to manipulate you in your time of need and your emotions and fear of penalties, they are not truthful, Avoid at all costs
