Very bad experience, these people kept my $500 which was part of the initial deposit $1000 to petition chapter 13 bankruptcy. I decided not to go through because they don't know what they're doing, so this guy kept my money after I told him not to file. Save your money go elsewhere they scamming in there.

I'd give him - stars if I could. They are rude and charge for work they weren't hired to do at $475.00 an hour. They Absolutely over charged and then got rude and ignorant when advised that all they needed to do was close an estate not engage in the family drama. But they saw dollar signs and wanted the $$ and took it upon themselvesto do things JUST to generate an income. They charged for calls never made or added time not spent. The initial consult was supposed to be free. I was charged for 2 hours I work during the day and went on my lunch time. I don't get 2 hours for lunch. But they were butthurt I pulled back on them getting involved in drama that was not worth addressing , thereby halting the gravy train. Very sad a lawyer that professes to be all religious will rip off clients. Cause they sure ripped me off.

Mr. Oliver handled a bankruptcy for me for business and personally. Simple process with a firm that truly is for clients best interest. I would recommend anyone in need of financial issues.
