At first I was excited to have one of the top 10 lawyers take my case! Then figured out fast that you's are the top 10 lying and deceiving innocent people! You's NEVER CALLED, TEXT "OR" SENT AN EMAIL saying you's cannot take my case. Or explain why. And your receptionist is rude as hell! Especially once knowing you's will not be helping someone out with their case. This is very very wrong! And for 2 weeks now I could've looked and hired a separate attorney! But all you did was waste my damn time!

Called and wanted to ask an attorney about my case. Had to answer a lot of questions and was on the phone for over an hour. Was walking into a doctors appointment and told them I had to go they said they would call me back the next day which they did. I explained to this person I wanted to ask some questions about filing a claim at this point or to wait. They disregarded that and continued with the question. They started to ask questions that were financial and personal I told them I wasn't answering them at this time and was told they couldn't go any further then. I told them to have a nice day and hung up. What a waste of my time.

I don't think I'll contact Morgan & Morgan. My case manager just doesn't care. She doesn't respond to the messages I left. And I had to call her and she read all the messages at that moment in call. They say they care, but they don't show it. Wish I had another good lawyer for my case.

I am from NJ. I had a accident in Florida and had chosen Morgan & Morgan. My case attorney, Jeremy Moore started the process for medical and reaching out to the insurance company. He always reached out with all my questions that I had over the year the case was open. Any text or phone call I made to Jeremy, he responded that day. No question was stupid. He answered. Charges were explained in detail. I couldn't think of anything that caused issues with the case, it went very smooth. I suggest to ask for Jeremy Moore. He will not disappoint.
