I have to say, from start to now, Keaveney Legal Group has been top notch. Connie is awesome , always keeps you informed on what's going on, and is very down to earth. Cindi in accounting is an awesome person, she will work with you as far as payment. Just let her know what's going on and she will work with you, trust me. Mr. Levy is a great guy, treats you like you're a person, not just a client. Very respectful, down to earth and will do everything for you to come out on top. Mr. Masciocchi is a great attorney, is not afraid to go toe to toe with a mortgage company who has done you wrong. He and the team go above and beyond to ensure that the company is held responsible and accountable for their wrong doings and will ensure you recieve the outcome you rightfully deserve.

I wanted to share my experience with Keaveney Legal Group. Through a series of misfortunes, we ended up behind in our mortgage. Our lender always offered assistance but never delivered through. It kept delaying the process and constantly requesting additional paperwork. They informed us everything was all right and to continue to not make payments during the process. Little did we know this was intentional. In the background, they prepared and served with foreclosure documents soon afterwards. Attempting to offer to make a substantial payment, but not enough to satisfy the full arrears proved to be fruitless. I finally reached out to Keaveney Legal Group, who was sympathetic to my cause and attempted additional means to accommodate either a loan modification or deferment. Keaveney soon realized the fruitlessness of their efforts and advised what our best options were. Although we had to eventually sell the home, we actually came out at the other end on a positive note with a substantial amount of proceeds sufficient enough to make an outright purchase of our next home. Thank you Keaveney for all the efforts your firm put forth to in assisting us. Your staff was highly professional, courteous, informational, and were in constant contact with through the process, ready to answer any and all questions we had, either early in the morning or late in the evening. Very happy with the outcome. Was hoping for 2 things during this process which unfortunately did not happen. They did not promise me anything they couldn't keep. I requested this information during the process and followed up but that was not the case but happy it took them less time than what they provided me with and they kept me informed the whole way(: I will be reaching out if I need them to step in again!

Because of my wife's medical conditions, we fell behind on our mortgage. While by wife was in the hospital fighting for her life, the mortgage company decided to start foreclosure on us.
