I was not totally sure how things will go due to lack of information I was provided through the process, this being my first experience having a lawyer I felt like walking in the dark, but besides my feeling, Jason knew what he was doing. He killed it, he had my back in court and he managed to absolutely squeeze the juice to the last drop. My only advice to Jason is to treat his craft also as a business where clients need that feeling of being taken care of. I am definitely calling Jason back if I ever need a lawyer. My case: Three tickets, speeding 42 over the limit (107 in 65), careless driving, tinted windows. Last two tickets dismissed, I had to pay only 298$ total, 6 days no driving in NJ and I got NO points.

Jason, helped me recently and was able to get my ticket dismissed. He was responsive and answered all my questions. I would use his services again. If you are in need of legal counsel I wouldn't look any further than him and his office. Thanks Jason.

I got a letter from NJ DMV informing me , to my surprise : We regret to inform you that your driving And registration privileges have been suspended indefinitely due to identity issues plus I never went to a mandatory court hearing. Well needless to say I didn't take it well because my driver's license is a necessity as my girlfriend is disabled and needs day to day care. I researched a number of attorneys near Trenton and settled on "Jason Polack" . His history of positive reviews was a deciding factor for my choice of attorney and I'm extremely happy I did. He got me all set up to drive my vehicle legally. I can't stress to you how much I needed to drive but thanks to Jason I'm able to do just that. I'll be putting his number permanently in my contacts, thanks again.

This guy is unbelievable. A true genuis. Stop searching for a lawyer if you've come across this and please use Jason, he is worth every cent. I was facing some ugly things I could not deal with and this man got them down to minimum fines ONLY, no jail, no suspensions, I mean for christ sake they even threw the tickets away ......HE IS A MIRACLE WORKER. Saw Mr.Pollacks work years ago in Pemb twp and the way he got his clients charges downgraded & such a good deal/minor fines, I knew I was going to hire him. .
