Not only did I get to talk to him directly every time but he responded to all of my texts, emails, and phone calls as fast as he could, and that was extremely fast. Secondly, since being in an accent was all new to me, Howard was very patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything every time I spoke with him. I'm way more knowledgeable now than I was before the accidents (he represented me and my son twice and I will definitely go back to him if I need an attorney again).
