I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this law firm over the past six weeks. I originally reached out because their online reviews and search results clearly indicate they handle the type of legal matter I needed help with. On top of that, I was referred to this office by both a family member and another former client--so I had every reason to believe I was in good hands. Instead, I experienced the complete opposite. I called multiple times, spoke to different people at both the Morristown and Elizabeth offices, and had to explain my case repeatedly. Despite all this, I never received a clear answer or follow-up. I even made three separate trips in person to the Elizabeth office--each time driving 35 minutes from my home, only to find the door closed with no one available to speak with. On my most recent visit, while standing outside their locked office door at 2 p.m. on a weekday, I called once again. That's when someone finally answered, only to tell me that the attorney cannot take my case and that I should seek legal help elsewhere. This was incredibly frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional. If the attorney knew early on that they couldn't handle my case, they should have been upfront from the beginning. Instead, I was left waiting and wasting time that I could've used finding real legal help. This law firm may come recommended and may appear capable online, but my personal experience tells a different story. I cannot recommend them based on how I was treated. Potential clients deserve honesty, professionalism, and respect--and unfortunately, I didn't receive any of those here.

I came to Fernandez Garcia with an employment issue. I was very lucky to get Juan. He has an extraordinary kind man. He understand that when you come to him, you are not in the best moment of your life. He is understanding when it comes to answering all questions and looking at a case from all angles. Both him and Miguel work to come up with solutions to problems. I then proceeded to have a second employment issue in the middle of my first employment issue. Juan without missing a beat took my second case and helped me work through the second issue as well. As attorneys it doesn't get any better.
