I'm very impressed with this firm even tho I did not have the honor of being represented by Mr. D'Angelo and this being because he chose not to take my case on due to the fact he felt he and his firm were not the base representation for me and my matter. But since the first of our phone conversation I felt only professionalism and dedication to his work he left no questions unanswered and left me content and happy with the end result and his decision. From one brother to another this firm is what those smaller peasant firms should aspire to be one day. If I had 4 thumbs they would get 4 thumbs up from me.

UPDATED June 2025. Unfortunately, my case ended up taking longer than usual and while Peter helped me get the case dropped, there wasn't any movement with the second part of the case, through no fault of Peter. The case being in limbo and at Peter's rate, I opted to find a separate representation that's more within my budget. With the remaining money in the retainer that was being left for use for the second case, my concern was that it was going to remain in limbo. Peter didnt argue my decision to terminate the professional relationship and understood where I was coming from. Overall, I think this firm is amazing at representation & is always ready to help if you have the finances. You are definitely getting what you paid for. Original review: April 2025 I've had such an amazing experience with Peter Wujciak!! This was my first legal case I've ever been involved in and to be completely honest, I found them through an advertisement in my mail, and I live in NYC. Nonetheless, I gave them a call requesting assistance in my case and Peter took the time to explain legal terms that I was never familiar with and the whole process while also understanding my limited finances and being able to work with me, given the economy. Sometimes, it felt he wasn't as responsive, but in hindsight it's because this was a relatively simple, easy nonsensical case, and not much communication needed to be had. However, whenever he was needed for court appearances, he was always trial ready and I really appreciate having that support in a scary setting. I was super hesitant in committing to Peter due to his prices, but you really get what you paid for and I sincerely appreciate his transparency throughout all this. Thank you so much Peter

Absolutely NOT . I'm still waiting for my expungement to be granted ! I trusted this attorney to do his best as an expungement is a ONE SHOT DEAL. If it gets denied by the judge I cannot go back to try again. This sad , lazy attorney Names D'Angelo couldn't even take a few moments to put my proper personal information WHICH IS REQUIRED on the petition. He put information and address's that weren't even linked to me . There for I got no follow ups or any updates . He didn't even enter all my charges to clear from the record ! He only included misdemeanors which is not a serious offense . I obviously went to have my ENTIRE RECORD CLEARED, including felonies . As I mentioned it's a one - time shot . So he put that at jeopardy for the felonies to stay on my record for life !!!! Simply From not caring !!! Stay away and use your money on someone with qualifications, someone who is knowledgeable, and definitely someone who cares a little more about others than himself .
