Throughout my entire experience working with Mashel Law I have nothing but great things to say. From the moment I called their office and informed them of my situation I was given proper advice and knowledge on how to proceed. Following Steve's suggestion of ways to move forward, I took it upon myself to gather all necessary information and ended up placing it in incredible hands. The entire office did a fantastic job at not only making this process as smooth and transparent as possible, but effectively communicated with me to make sure I was very well informed and confident in each step. They were very knowledgeable, showed indefinite experience and utmost professionalism while dealing with my case. Ultimately, I was more than satisfied with the results and had the ability to show up personally and shake the hand of Steve directly and thank him and the office for such a pleasurable endeavor. I cannot recommend Steve Mashal based on my personal experience. While he may be a fit for some, I found communication lacking and the level of commitment to my case fell short of expectations. If you're looking for an attorney who is aggressive, responsive, and willing to fight hard for you, I would suggest exploring other options before making a decision. Extremely unprofessional. No respect for people's time. You're an employment law firm, yet your conduct mirrors the very injustices you claim to fight against. You asked me to submit a questionnaire and organize documentation for you to review, and you scheduled a consultation with me for 11am today Mar 27, 2025. After all of that, you called me just 2 hours before the appointment to say you're not only not taking my case, but also canceling the consultation because your office is short-staffed. You didn't even bother to re-schedule. How do you suddenly realize you're "short-staffed" two hours before a meeting with a prospective client? How disorganized and unprofessional can you be? I fill out your questionnaire, submit confidential documents to you, and you can't even keep an appointment or make the effort to re-schedule? Disgraceful!
