Mr. Vance is everything you want and need in a lawyer. He helped me in the fall of 2023 with a thorny benefits issue. He was my cheerleader and adviser during a scary time when my family's health insurance was suddenly at risk. Matthew was incredibly helpful in assisting with liquidation of a 401(k) ERISA plan that had undergone a bankruptcy. Recently talked to Omar and Vance about my issue. Was told on March 26th I'd get called back within a few days with a estimated fee for their help. Today is May 19th and I still haven't received that estimate or call back. Very professional
