Extremely unpersonable, did not ask any questions that would have led to a deeper comprehension of what I'm going through. It felt like I was speaking to the opposing counsel. Edit: The owner's response does not address the fact that a lawyer's best assets are his empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to ask thoughtful questions that will lead to a greater understanding of the issue at hand-- the man I spoke to on the phone had NONE of these. Your dismissive tone says more than my review does. A good lawyer knows that there is no way to correctly evaluate a case in a less than 10 minute phone call.

The receptionist Kayla has a very nasty attitude with callers, I tried to explain my situation to him and he brush me off and hung up on me as if I wasn't important. Didn't even get a chance to get a call back or speak to Morgan rooks. Will not be calling back.
