I have had the privilege of working with Attorney Matthew Zabel both personally and professionally, and I can honestly say he is hands down the best around. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and always goes above and beyond for his clients. His professionalism and expertise make the entire process seamless, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney--especially for real estate matters. If you want someone who truly knows his craft and genuinely cares about his clients, Matthew is the one to call.

He was paid at closing for my house, and no retainer ever. He often tells people I will do things I did not agree to so much that I have to warn them in advance, he steps on my toes in deals making his own repair requests instead of mine, and clearly does not always fully read contracts. This messed up some deals for me. He helps with anything but talks about his ex when I really need legal advice and am short on time. Then he says he should charge for that time. I gave others referrals to Matt because I trusted him to care about them while being not perfect. He represented me in my land deal, then when things went sideways he claimed he never represented me in the first place after everything he did in that deal. I was very scared! That was heartless. The rest of the reviews have to be fake. The real estate deal weirdly did not end so I cant sell my properties while I continue to pay carrying costs. Matt talked to the buyer's lawyer then quit so I dont know what they said. I gave the buyers what they were not entitled to, and they will not end the deal and will not buy my land even after closing. Matt told me that he would finish this job if I took down this review. Unbelievable! This is a nightmare as these buyers took about half a year from me. I wonder if the buyers are just trying to make trouble. Matt must have done ths to clients before.

Couldn't have asked for a better attorney, Matt was kind, honest, personable, insightful and helpful beyond my needs. I cannot thank him enough. You won't regret working with him. Highly recommend him!
