I called this firm to schedule a consultation and was treated extremely poorly. When I began to explain the nature of my case, the woman on the phone abruptly said they weren't interested and hung up on me. When I called back to follow up, the next person said they didn't know who had answered and dismissed me again, saying maybe that person "left for the day." A third call ended with someone telling me to "call another law firm." The entire experience was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional--it felt like they're only interested in cases that promise quick cash settlements, not people genuinely seeking help. USE A DIFFERENT FIRM IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT OR DIGNITY!!!

Robert, ESQ did my intake so I felt privileged to have the intake done by an attorney. He was down to earth and clear in what might be stronger or weaker in circumstances I relayed to him. No updates yet but so far Thanks Aiello Harris.

I was violently attacked by an insured home owners pitbull. Ambulance rushed me to the hospital, and I barely survived from a slashed wrist and many other injuries. They said NP, a shut n closed case. 1 1/2 years later, they dropped me because they couldn't get the homeowners' insurance info. Absolutely incompetent, and couldn't care less about you as a person or client!

I was facing 5 counts and multiple felonies. Chris Aiello was able to get 4 charges dismissed and I was only charged with a misdemeanor disorderly persons with no probation. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I figured he was going to get me a good deal but he greatly exceeded my expectations.. I am very happy with what happened and highly recommend this firm.

The receptionists are extremely rude!! Would not recommend!!
