Edit: the firm reached out to me related to my one star review, apologizing for not having availability, and said I could reach out. I found another firm to engage. I updated the Stars. I hope the leaders of this organization become more proactive rather than reactive. I read through the website and entered all of my information to "setup" a consultation appointment for estate planning. After collecting all of my personal information, I received a message stating "No Times Available The host is fully booked for this Appointment. Try checking again later." Very unprofessional to collect personal information and then not be able to schedule an appointment.
Difficult to work with they asked me the value of my case how would I know that they're the professionals seem like a unprofessional question to ask. And then I got a phone call from the attorney first thing he mentions is about his $300 fee for the consult he's waving it but still all the other organizations offer free consultations and then when I tell him about my definition case because of the fact that it wasn't worth a half a million dollars for him he would have to charge me many fees talking about how they will add up it should be about helping people
