We recently contacted Chris at Koch, Koch, Bennett & Buono and only have the most positive things to say! This was our first time reaching out to a law firm, and Chris made the experience incredibly easy and reassuring. He helped us navigate a stressful landlord-tenant situation. Instead of pushing his services, Chris walked us through how to handle the issue on our own and told us to reach back out only if we needed more support. We really appreciated that level of transparency. He seemed knowledgeable and genuinely personable--we felt like we were in good hands. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone needing legal advice.

Kumal was rude and unprofessional and the attorney chided *me* for it. But another person from 4 months ago also reported a negative experience with him so clearly this isn't the first time someone's had an issue with Kumal. I asked about a consultation, and Kumal told me they offered them. Then the attorney acted like it was unexpected or not something they do.

I worked with Chris who was extremely professional and helpful on a recent legal matter. His legal knowledge was very deep, and provided the outcome I was seeking. I would happily work with him again.

My review is solely on the interaction of an employee named Kamal. He is rude, combative and certainly does not realize he is in a service agency!! I contacted the firm regarding what I thought was a living will, my error as what I rudely was informed by Kamal is I needed an irrevocable trust. I apologized however he seem very adamant about engaging in a debate as to why I had them provide me a living will. Very unprofessional, first and last time interacting with the firm. I'm sure the partners are good individuals based on other reviews, however if he is the face and at the forefront of the firm he's horrible.

Paul V. Buono, Esq. very rude and terrible. He doesn't even ask the owner. and just repeated it is in the contract. Terrible lawyer I ever seen.
