So I was dealing with a case where I was screwed over by the previous two attorneys I retained on this case. One of the attorneys just disappeared without a trace and ignored all my calls. It was at that point, I was referred to Dakota Kuykendall. I was a little hesitant because of what I had just gone through but decided to give him a chance. I can now sit here and say that this is the best attorney and most reliable attorney I've ever had represent me. I was going to be sentenced to a horrible deal that was negotiated with my first two attorneys & he came in, took my case over and got me a deal I would have never thought was possible. I was extremely satisfied with his performance & how much he cares as an attorney. I've also referred him to family members as well as friends because this is the man you want to represent you in the court room !

Dakota seemed promising at first but as time passed until the day of my court case he'd only contacted me once. Poor communication and did not even know what to say during the court case in front of the judge and improvised something on the spot DURING COURT. Afterwards, he did not respond to any text messages. Do not get this as your attorney. Find someone else who will actually listen to you for the money you are paying them.

So many great things to say about Dakota Kuykendall! First of all he is SUPER Professional, reliable, affordable, and an absolute Rock Star when it comes to his job. Me and my husband both have used him for Traffic and Criminal Cases. Traffic Court he never lets us down, especially when it comes to having tickets dismissed and getting your fines lowered. Criminal Court he was superb in so many ways. He was always on point with everything, and was understanding with early morning wake up calls with emergencies, he had everything fixed before lunch. Dakota was able to have a 3rd Degree Felony dropped with litterally almost no fines. So I would refer him to anyone !
