I have dealt with Staci and her team on several real estate transactions, most recently during the sale of my mother's property for which I was living out of state. I cannot recommend them highly enough, most especially Nicole who was patient, professional and extremely responsive to all calls and emails. Smooth as could be under difficult circumstances. 10/10!

We went from an accepted offer to a terminated contract immediately upon this office's involvement. My hope is that there are enough glowing reviews here that this will not severely impact someone's business, but our wish to feel like a valued client did not meet expectations. We had an offer accepted on our dream home and it was recommended to proceed with Staci. After submitting our signatures, there was a day and a half of silence. We contacted the office to express urgency. During this time sensitive process, Nicole the paralegal answered our call and spoke to my husband to verify items on the contract. My husband asked that the details be verified with our team prior to sending over, which did not happen. The contract, that had been sitting for almost 2 days, was then sent over within mere minutes of a phone call. This would have been ideal, except the details were not correct and they were not verified. Our contract was immediately terminated and our dream home was gone before we even got started. We exhausted options with our team to send the correct contract, never once getting a direct apology or any further contact from this office. We felt completely unseen and dismissed. It was too late, and the seller's went with another offer quickly. While we recognize that things can change at any point in a home buying process, we are heartbroken that our submitted contract did not align with our offer/was not verified with anyone after almost 2 days of waiting. These conversations about a potentially life changing contract should not just be between a client, who is not privy to real estate jargon, and a paralegal, nor should we have been put in a position to have to call to have our contract submitted in the first place. A thoughtless error and lack of attention to detail cost us a dream. Unfortunately, we have felt no sincere acknowledgement, apology, or accountability. I kindly ask for this to be an opportunity to do better in the future.
