Client
Lynch helped me during after a horrible experience, and I will always be grateful to them. I worked directly with Michael Buonocore, who's a phenomenal attorney. He and Kaitlyn (a paralegal on his team) did their utmost for me and my case. A few things I appreciated about them and their team: 1. Their expertise. When I had questions or assumptions, they knew exactly the direction to go in. They keep up to date with current trends and legal precedent to assist you in the best way possible. This experience and expertise was invaluable. 2. Communication. Did I want a call every day to tell me how they were working for me? Sometimes yes (if I was anxious), mostly no (because we all get busy and have things to do) but they would call me with each update so I knew where we were up to. Sometimes cases move slowly, but the team here made sure that I knew where we were at every step of the way. 3. Their connections. A few times during this case, Michael would tell me that he's worked with a certain lawyer, judge etc before. He knew from experience how they tended to work, which really helped us prepare and plan. When I needed medical attention as a result of the accident, he knew exactly where to send me for top quality care. These connections are vital for a good legal team and made everything go much more smoothly. 4. Personality. This one is subjective, for sure. But when I was stressed, I probably took up too much of Kaitlyn's day complaining and venting, but she was there to listen with a sympathetic ear. When I was super anxious I would get Michael on the phone, and he would help me calm down with his expertise and a few silly jokes along the way. While the team is incredibly professional, they're also human who knows that injuries are personal and can be life changing. This level of personable interaction was exactly what I needed and helped me maintain some semblance of sanity. I would highly recommend Lunch and their team. They go above and beyond at every turn, and sometimes without anyone even knowing. They are just driven by wanting to do their absolute best for their clients even without recognition, and I think that's what stands them apart.
