I hired Louis to help me navigate the wild world of a real estate matter. He is very attentive and personable. Characterisrics I have seldom found with lawyers. He made sure we got what we wanted and deserved in our deal and all the while he made sure I understood why and what of everything. I felt like he was by my side as if he was family. If I could, I would give Louis and his team 10 stars! Thanks to all the lovely and very true reviews here on Google, I had to share my amazing experience with Louis Boltik. I reached out to Louis earlier this year as I was in need of a local real estate attorney to assist with the sale of my home and did not have a realtor to make any recommendations for me. From the very first interaction with Louis, I knew I was in good hands. Not only was he prompt and kind, he was extremely honest and knowledgeable and willing to offer guidance even before I hired him (and after closing). What I really admire about Louis is how he prioritizes his clients, and take the time even after work hours to be available. He is honest and gives reliable advice (he does not "sugar coat" the law, which I can't say for some other lawyers out there). The entire process working with Louis was seamless from start to finish and beyond. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of using an alternate attorney for my new home purchase due to my realtors recommendation and relationship and 5 months post close on the new home, I am STILL fighting issues and regretting not working with Louis. I recently had a personal question regarding my sale and reached out to Louis to ask for some information, not only was he more than happy to help me, he called me after hours, stayed on the line with me AND even helped to review some of the issues I am having with the other lawyer that I used for my purchase - that is truly top notch service if you ask me. What an incredibly helpful experience! After explaining my situation to Louis, he told me that he could not help me (given the nature of the case) but he went above and beyond with advise and put me in contact with someone who could take care of my situation. He did not have to do that. I cannot explain how much i appreciated his time and effort to help me!!!
