Bob Swan to me is the man st reasonable honest attorney.First and foremost he has been an active attorney for many years and knows what the laws are.He is as quick as he can be settling cases.When I realized all the paperwork filing ,time it takes for the other parties to get back to him takes time which I didn't realize at first.I highly recommend him for an attorney. I am now using him for my will,health matters etc.

If you are ready to waste money and time, he is your best option. He promised many things but never did..while dressed profesionally and acted lazy! After many warnings i gave him during the near a year troubles, I texted him to terminate him...He wont send me the relieve form until two weeks later, kept saying he could not relieve himself..i said i remove you, not you remove yourself, So, he was neither too dumb not knowing how to help me to to remove him or he was just want to sit there collect money. Next court meeting, the judge said in my case i could not just change attorney, a motion has to be filed..before i told him he was fired, Rob had told me he would charge several hours for a motion, (over $1500) and the key was i didnt trust him to file a motion to remove himself. I paid $50 and filed the motion to remoce him by myself. Before next court meeting, i told him i dont need you. He said he was ordered to be in the court. At the court waiting for the judge, i told him i dont need you, you never kept the promises you told me, you are unethical.. he left me after some threanening words "i will tell judge you are a hostile witness...."..A girl sitting nearby said what a nasty lawyer. Once we sit in the court room, the first thing the judge said to him was he was relieved!...BOOM, i achieved this for the principles all by myself. After Rob left the building, my ex took one of my proposals via mediator when i was a real pro se.

Excellent attorney! To say extremely effective would be an understatement. He does miracles- literally.

I prefer not to say anything now about the service provided, however, if I'm having difficulties even getting my Itemized bill... Whoever wants to draw their conclusions. Several emails sent and no response
