This attorney is a swindler he gives people false hope he does not review your case and he takes money knowingly that he can not for fill the promises he makes I paid him $2500 for paperwork that took 4 months just to file he does not communicate effectively or efficiently and most if not all the work for this particular situation he has yet to send any receipts and the situation has yet to be rectified I warned my fiancee and he trusted this attorney and he took our money and left us to do the work this a warning to families not to appear desperate or needy because he will take advantage and take money and do not render serviced I repeat do not hire this attorney and put your love ones life in his has he will not get the job done this was my experience and I stand on it he could fight a case or do paperwork for a dog this lawyer is incompetent and as he reads he should expected to hear from the Bar Association if this one review stops clients from walking into his office my job has been for filled see at hearing with the Bar Association Mr Simmons I wouldn't refer you to ANYONEyou know who u are and you know who I am see u at the TOP and I still want a refund

This man be cooking i had a 5 year flat , no early release NJ STATE PRISON WITH THE FLEECE JOHNSONS! I was scared truthfully being 25 and with no record! The prosecutor was kinda racist in my opinion and mr roberts wasnt playing! Mister Simon took my case and from the beginning to end he continued to tell me everything was going to be okay. I was quite nervous, and full of questions and Anahi was very patient with me. In the end , Mr. Simon was right. Everything was okay , actually better than okay ! Highly recommended.
