I hired attorney Frank E. Ferruggia Jr. on June 6, 2023 to handle A tenancy matter. Even though Frank told me he was very familiar with landlord, tenancy matters Frank knew very little about landlord tenancy matters. I asked because for 10 years I managed an apartment complex with 207 apartments. During my time as an apartment manager I spent a good deal of time in court with tenants and I seen a lot of bad attorneys in court. After only one week as my attorney I fired Frank. On June 13, 2023 I wrote to attorney Ferruggia and told him his services were no longer needed. In my opinion Frank knew very little about landlord, tendency matters. In fact, I knew more about landlord, tendency matters than the attorney. Frank's only interest was asking me why I would not settle the case when I wanted my case to go before a Judge. I signed a retainer at $400 an hour and I gave Frank a $3500 retainer. I have requested at least 6 times detailed bill and my file for the little work Frank did over a one week period. To date Frank has never sent me a bill or my file. If you're looking for an experienced lawyer in landlord tenancy matters look elsewhere. Frank is not your guy.

Frank was referred to us, as my sister had used him for a home close and had glowing remarks. Sure enough Frank was able to help us navigate our home purchase process seamlessly. Frank was quick to reply to our questions and facilities negotiation with the seller on our behalf. All in all, I'd recommend Frank for as a trusted resource to anyone looking for a sound real estate attorney.

Selling my sister's house as the Executor was very emotional for me. So many problems surfaced during the closing process. Frank was very patient with me. He made me feel confident that we would get through it. I would recommend him to represent any case. . Plus.... He was very thorough. He was not afraid to take a stand. When he did, he was courteous with the other attorney.

We were so pleased with his handling of the purchase that we mandated him on the sale transaction too. Frank was super accessible, responsive and provided great advice throughout the two processes!! We would highly recommend Frank on any real estate transaction.
