I wish I could state that my experience with this law firm was a positive as the other reviews, but unfortunately that has not been the case. I understand that workman's comp cases take time, but my case is simple. From 2021 when my claim was first initiated, I have had to deal with many periods of months-long spans of not hearing anything from my attorney, even when I contacted him with simple questions. At one point- without being told- the attorney I was working with for years left the firm and was replaced. During that span with no contact, I probably contacted the paralegal and even the main number of the firm 10 times. I would always be forwarded to my old attorney's voicemail, who it turned out had left the firm months before. For whatever reason I was never told this. My new attorney however is no better. He also does not get back to me for weeks and sometimes months. In hopes of settling and getting this over with I had told him not to worry about pursuing additional back pay I was definitely entitled to (with no argument from him) and a few months ago told that it was almost over- he just had to submit the settlement agreement to respondent's counsel and they would quickly sign off on it (the judge had already stated the amount I would be receiving, so the agreement was simply to solidify everything, I was told). But then their lawyer had eye surgery, and now- months later I am being told that the judge had adjourned my case until she can see again?! And my attorney is telling me that there is nothing he can do but wait. Most recently I requested a drafted copy of the settlement agreement (which should have been written up months ago) and a copy of my case's court records from my attorney. He responded to me today and said that sending me that documentation would not help my case proceed any faster. I sent him 3 more emails asking for this information, but have yet to get a response from him...

Susan-Guage-Zachary and her assistantLisa Ramos were excellent in helping me in my case. The both of them are excellent and I wish I could give 10 star rating. I would recommend this firm and especially Susan Guage Zachary with Lisa Ramos as the best to help in a workers comp case.
