Well, I'm a little confused as to why my cousins estate (died in 2019) is still not distributed properly. It's been 6 years. As far as I know there was 1 paid off property, $13,000 cash in his bank account and a safety deposit box with unknown contents. It's not exactly a complicated situation. I've asked for a breakdown of billing, payments, liens & fees regarding the estate from the lawyer SEVERAL times and have never gotten anything. How much longer must we wait? I'll be contacting another lawyer by Friday if I don't get some answers. Something isn't right here.
