Attorney's secretary is extremely rude and refuses to help solve people's matters. She yelled at me and hung the phone up as I was speaking because I called a few times trying to clarify a matter. You would think a secretary/receptionist would know better than to act so unprofessionally. Also, it is important that you note that this office is "paperless" and has no computer system meaning, your documents WILL get lost and your case will be a havoc and this is according to the secretary herself. Also, your file gets shredded after 7 years and is not scanned for record which can cause many problems in the future.
