Believe every negative review you read. This was not even my attorney, he was the attorney for the Buyer, I was the seller. We had to terminate the contract due to his poor communications, lack of correspondence and unprofessionalism. I preferred to not move forward with the transaction because the buyer had this attorney representing him, I couldn't take it anymore, I could not deal with this lawyer. This attorney was not even familiar with his clients transaction. Any updates we got, we had to initiate it and basically harass him sending several emails before getting a response. Very incompetent ppl working for this law office. Before you retain this clown, contact the NJ bar association for a referral before wasting your time and money.

I wouldn't recommend this office. My buyers used Mr. Andril for a closing and they were nothing but unprofessional. No communication at all. If we wanted to know something WE had to be the ones to contact not them. They did everything in favor of the seller not the buyer. The buyer was his client. Then on the day of closing neither the Lawyer nor his assistant Stephanie were at closing. Never explained the money due at closing. Did everything easy for themselves and for the seller. What I should've done was tell them that if they were going to do what was easier for the seller than the seller should've paid the lawyer fees. The buyers were completely ripped off and had no protection. Do not use them you will be disappointed. There are plenty of lawyers out there that will do what's best for their client. This office isn't one of them. They do what's best and faster for themselves.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Andril recently. I am a buyer purchasing a home. Mr. Andril goes straight to the point. He's not going to waste his time nor yours, which you have to appreciate nowadays. He tells you what you need to get done and protects your interests as a buyer. As for communication, I wouldn't be so quick to believe the negative reviews posted here. Mr. Andril makes the effort to call back and email when important information needs to be discussed. As a buyer, you have to do your own research and can't expect your attorney to do everything. I felt like any questions I had were answered by him or he told me who I should speak to if he couldn't answer them. Mr. Andril protect my family's interest as buyers and we felt very comfortable working with him. I had to unfortunately switch attorneys, but the least I could do is give a glowing recommendation as Mr. Andril's services are quick and efficient. In the future, I would go back to Mr. Andril for any home purchases and would recommend my family/friends to see him as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - NO RECOMENDADO! I have been waiting for a call from him since 2020 when pandemic started. He has not done anything at all about my case. Took my money and acted like he didn't get it at all.

Please Beware! I would highly, highly NOT recommend using this team. They are unprofessional and only want your money. Closing has been very painful and expensive! Like, they really need to be working somewhere down south and not the NYC metro area. Please do not believe positive reviews. Andril does nothing but side with the builder instead of getting that accurate information needed.
