We've worked with both Mark Goldman and David Beslow for over 10 years now. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and our primary atty was David who is kind, patient and very attentive both in person and by phone. David expertly (and patiently!) guided us thru complicated legal processes, and represented us above and beyond what we expected. The office staff were friendly and accommodating with scheduling appointments, correspondence, billing, etc. The fees were clear and very reasonable with no surprises or add-ons. The idea of a promised 'fresh start' had me rolling my eyes at first, but this practice really fulfills that. I was on a tight timeline as I was planning a move out of state in a few months, and I thought the process would take months and months and that I would have to wait until after the move to file. David Beslow was fantastic and reassuring from the first meeting. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions openly. He gave me a solid plan and timeline for filing for bankruptcy, and everything went to fast and smooth I couldn't believe it. The staff at the office are also wonderful and I had to send a few creditors who seemed to forget how bankruptcy laws worked their way. From first consult, to filing date, to hearing, I was done with time to spare before the move. I was able to get a real fresh start for the move and move on with my life from crushing debt.
