When a problem arises on transactions (which happens often in real estate) I found that Robert would spend considerable amounts of time in educating the buyer about the concerns and helping them to make sound decisions knowing all of the positives and potential for negatives. This is far more important to the home buyer than having an attorney that takes the position of telling the sellers "Fix this or the deal is dead". If you are looking for a real estate attorney that always makes you feel comfortable, not only with the transaction, but also with him, then Robert is an excellent choice. I highly recommend him.

I call him at 9 PM on a Saturday panicking about documentation which was needed that I did not have . Not only did he answer his phone he was able to secure the documents we needed from the seller that Monday morning. Excellent customer service and he made a difficult transaction very easy
