Superb service. Carlos and his team were always accessible and willing to help. Right at the first meeting, he walked us through the process and what to expect at every step of the process. They were always available for questions. The day we close on the house, I actually thought he taught accounting since he has a huge whiteboard in his office with a bunch of definitions. Later, I realized that he uses the whiteboard to explain all the loan information, how to make payments safely, things to do, and others to avoid, etc. Overall, very knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend his services highly.
