I would like to thank Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P. C. The way they handled my recent lawsuit was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure I would get, what I deserved. I was always given all information, when they received it. I would like to personally thank Jaclyn Emm for always calling or emailing status updates with my case, always helpful and being patient with me, due to my line of work. I would also like to thank Evan Baker for taking time out to walk me through this process, which made me believe, trust and have faith in the team, without worry. So thank you so much all for the hard work you all performed, on behalf of me!!!

I can only assume people writing these reviews work in their offices or are related to them. They are deceiving and are extremely unethical; came to a traumatic brain injury floor in a rehabilitation, when the patient was not coherent to obtain my signature. The lawyer manipulates the situation by sharing his previous traumatic brain injury, which is no way appropriate or ethical when presenting professional services. Month's after getting out of rehabilitation, when I could think more coherently, I was in search of new representation, but was stuck because of how they slyly obtained my case. They coerced me to accept a minimum liability insurance settlement, instead of taking the individual to trial, not respecting their client's choice because they were more worried about their bottom line than doing what's potentially best and didn't want to fuss with collecting from an individual because that can be a pain and a risk. So they kept intentionally dragging their feet and delaying the deposition because they couldn't go after an underinsured statute, until there was a settlement with the initial defendant. The reason why law firms get a the high percentage of a third of the settlement is they are supposed to do what is best for their clients interest and the reality is some cases could result in a loss for them. However, they most definitely do not have their clients best interest. It's no wonder why their team constantly changes because they cannot maintain their staff, as lawyers and secretaries changed throughout my case. Also they refuse to keep their client updated in regards to the case in a timely manner, don't expect many forward calls. If you want an update, the client must call themselves to inquire and squeeze out information. After 3 days of posting my honest review, they threaten to sue me if I don't take the review down with a demand letter consisting of sheer lies and an unreadable disc. No wonder why they don't have the time of day for their clients, they rather provide subpar services and go after their previous clients. Through my experiences with this firm and how they obtained the case, I unfortunately do not have full confidence that they made the right arguments or allotted the proper time that could have been beneficial to my case. Stay clear of this firm. Don't say you weren't warned.

So so grateful to have picked Patrica Boguslawski as my attorney!!! Together with Kristen Colucci they have been excellent, effective, hard working, persistent, just all around everything you would want out of someone fighting on your case. Will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you Patrica and Kristen!!!
